Welcome to my site. This site will define of what I would do if I had $25,000,000. I also have a $5,000,000 site which you are welcomed to visit that as well. $5,000,000 is the minimum I feel I will need to make the most of my life, and have a good quality of life. I am not able to work, and this will not change no matter how much money I will have. With that said, I will be using a good portion of this money in acquiring a realty company. More on this later.

Otherwise, I will keep things simple. I will still have an investment account, and will still acquire my 4 Story Building which will provide for a space that will be mine. While it would have been ideal to have the realty office in this building, I will have to assume that would not happen. I will take a bus, or my auto to the realty office when needed. The back will a garage intended strictly for the realty office.

One thing to consider, this amount will be net. This means this is the money I will receive after taxes. Taxes aren’t exciting to read about, and I will assume that half of my money could go to taxes. Therefore to have a net of $25,000,000 – I will likely need closer to a gross of $50,000,000. If I was to qualify for tax refunds due to whatever I might have done, I will work with that, and likely send any refunds to the Swiss account.
