I will be spending about $15,000,000 of my money to acquire buildings, gut and renovate them to allow for tenants to move in. I will have a few mixed use buildings, and in these cases, there will be a store-front on the first floor who are responsible for all of their utilities. The upper floors will be apartments that I wil include the utilities to. The realty company will not only generate money for myself, but will provide gainful and sufficient employment for the employees I will have. This will be a daunting venture, but I am confident that my plan will work out for everyone involved including my employees, myself, and my tenants.
