I will devote $5,000,000 in an investment account. I don’t want anything too risky as this will be a significant source of income for my needs, and lifestyle. The ROI will be 9%, and at $5,000,000. This will generate a gross income of $37,500. After taxes, this will reduce down to about $28,000 per month. This money alone will eliminate the need to have a realty business, but I am doing a realty business for more reasons than just money. I want to provide a part of the solution for affordable housing. With that said, I will have many units that would support Section-8, and while the SROs don’t support Section-8, I will hope they will be affordable to many working people.
